What will be the increment month from Jan'06?

What will be the increment month from Jan'06? is it July only? No, as per the Gezette, Part - I - Section - 1. dt.29-8-08 in hindi there are two months has been clearly specified. i.e. for the officials whose increment falls betwee 1st Jan - 1st July they get increment on 1st January & remaining will get increment on 1st July.

संशॊधित ! वार्षिक वॆतन्व्रुधि की दॊ एक समान तारीखॊ हॊगी, अर्धित प्रत्यॆक वर्ष की 01 जन्वरी तध 01 जुलाई ! सभी कर्मचारियॊं कॊ अपनी वॆतन्व्रुद्दि प्रत्यॆक वर्ष की 01 जन्वरी अथवा 01 जुलाई कॊ मिलेगी!
